- Project-related information explicitly submitted by the Client for evaluation or execution.
- Approval records, deliverables, and decision summaries created during execution.
- Basic technical data required for system operation and security (e.g. access logs).
3. What we do not collect
This site intentionally does not operate as a surveillance or analytics-heavy platform.
- No tracking of unrelated browsing behavior.
- No resale of personal data.
- No use of Client data for advertising or profiling.
4. Purpose of processing
Data is processed strictly to:
- Evaluate project requests and prepare Slice proposals.
- Execute contractually agreed Slices.
- Store approved outputs, decisions, and execution history.
- Enable project auditability, continuation, and accountability.
5. Execution history and retention
Approved deliverables, Done Summaries, and decision records form a permanent execution history.
This history is retained to preserve contractual truth and allow future continuation of the project. It is not deleted as part of normal system operation.
6. Access and visibility
Access to data is role-based.
- Clients can access approved outputs, summaries, and reports relevant to their project.
- Internal execution context may remain restricted and is not exposed unless explicitly intended.
Visibility is intentional and designed to reduce risk, not increase exposure.
7. Data sharing
This site does not sell or rent personal data.
Data may be shared only when required by law or when explicitly agreed as part of a contract (for example, providing reports to the Client).
8. Security
This site applies technical and organizational measures to protect stored data against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.
Approved outputs are treated as read-only evidence after acceptance, reducing the risk of silent modification.
9. Your rights
You may request access to your personal data, request correction of inaccurate information, or ask questions about how your data is processed.
Some data cannot be removed if it forms part of an approved execution history, as this would break contractual and audit guarantees.
